Salted Cabbage Buns

It's yummy if you like kiam chye. Soak the 200 gm.kiam chye and then shred thinly. Fry with some garlic then add in about 200 gm. of mince meat. Add in seasoning to your preference.
aiyo, so clever. I'd never ever thought I could put kiam chye bah in roti.... LOL ! I think I will do this and surprise my MIL and even my mum! They will get a shock ... but I'm sure they would like it very much. kekekeee....
For the spiral, roll 60 gm. dough into an oblong shape, fold it into half and use a knife to cut into strips then unfold it again. Place some fillings on one end, then roll it like a swiss roll and pleat to seal the ends properly. Hope you understand. The next time I make this pattern again, I will snap the photo.
