I have a request for you and that is, Can you please post the step-by-step instructions and the recipe for this layered cake or any other layered cake that you bake. I really wanna learn how to make these type of cakes and frankly speaking, I have never eaten or seen these cakes before your blog.

You can buy the book "Sarawak Layered Cake" by Jamie Jong. It has a detailed step by step pictures to help you. I used this book for my layered cake.

I think Popular Book store should have. I heard from one of my friend that she saw it at her market place in Singapore. It's easily available over here. This book was bought in one of my friend's regular news agent shop in JB, Malaysia.
