Are those date roll tins I see in the background of the photo? You used them to bake these cakes right? Did you buy them from Perth too? It's so refreshing to see a cylindrical shaped cake!
I apologize if I'm leaving too many comments on your blog... I can't help it everytime I see all the beautiful cakes...

Yes Jam, that is a nut roll tin. I bought in Perth too. A$19-95 each. I will post another clearer pic. later. YOu're most welcome to ask me as many questions are possible..that's how you learn.
