one way to lose weight is to eat a little of it instead of totally abstain from it. You'll end up eating more on other food cos you're overly hungry. POp over lor...*LOL*

Would you please help me? By the way i'd like to ask you when i bake the roll, the coffee swiss roll, as you guided, its face didn't as smooth as you did, it had tiny holes on the face.
