Dear Yochana,

I'm really impressed with your cakes and bakes. You are extremely talented. You can even make great cakes from leftovers of other other cakes! That's very creative. I'll be satisfied if I could be half as good as you.
Take care!

HI jessi,

I love baking but I don't have a big family to savour it. So I gave away everyday...to friends and charity.

would you have any ideas where i can find small heart shape cutters to cut fruits like strawberries etc?

thank you :)

pinkconfetti, you can find heart shape cutters in most bakery marts and sometimes in the supermarket too.

Try Sun Lik, Phoon Huat, Chong Trading, BIY, Pantry Magic.

aunty yochana,

thanx for those suggestions. i went to PH, but theirs are slimmer and more pointed. Love your fat heart shaped ones! like the White Lover Cake for Valentine's Day and
Ebony & Ivory Sesame seed cookies.

showed my helper your pictures and she is bugging me to try them! would you have any baking books to recommend? esp for japanese style light tasting cakes?

thanks!

pinkconfetti,

sometimes these shops run out of stock of the heart shape moulds that I have. You can try the bakery marts in Johor Bahru like Perling Indah Ent, Ng Ming Huat and Venturi. They should have the heart shaped moulds.
As for books, try popular book store or Konnikuniya. They should have the books you want. If you go to Johor Bahru, try Tebrau City's Harris Book Store. They have a lot of cookbooks.

Dear Yochana,

Not only are you a great baker, you also have a good heart, giving away your cakes to charity every day. The charities are very lucky to have someone like you donating your time, effort and labours of love.
