Pardon my curosity.. You bake everyday for sales or for leisure? If for leisure, then how do you finish all the bakes? As you bake quite a few items everyday.. :)

I bake everyday and give away to friends and my office staff and most of it goes to charity: Grave Haven and Singapore Association of Mental Health.
