Really 'pei fu' your patience and skills!

Just tried your Lapis Cheese Cake, found myself not having that much patience to do such layered cakes :-(

Yours are so evenly and nicely layered, but my layers are rather thick ... as to finish up the mixture faster!!!

Learn to be more patient but I think it's difficult cos we are living in a country where everything is quick, quick or faster , faster...how ar??
