this swiss roll is called towel roll because it's supposed to look like those towel where you were given in the restaurant to wipe your hands and mouth...so we need to wrap with transparent paper.
It's kind of mini roll.

Hi tink,

Use any swiss roll recipe, cut into 4 pcs and roll into small mini swiss rolls and then wrap with plastic sheet.

Hi tink,

First cut into half the long side. Then cut the long side into half..

That means, just long side into half then short side into half again.
