Hi Lucy
This cookie looks interesting. You just mould and then snip away? Or did you have to use a special mould?

By the way, I did see your lovely haul at Pantry Magic....love them all. Thanks for sharing too.

Hi chawanmushi,

I wrapped the cookie using Roselle fruit filling, mould into an oval shape cookie then use a pair of sharp scissors to snip on top. No need to use special mould lah...

Hope you can drop by at Pantry Magic and feel the magical world there.

Hi Lucy,

I notice that in some of the recipes in Y3K book, they say "add ingredient B (which include butter and maybe sugar, vanilla essence) and mix well / mix to from a dough" but didn't say butter is melted or not. can I ask if the butter is melted or not.. and need to use mixer to beat it till a dough form? (eg pg 62,66, 68)

Thx for your help =)

Hi tweety bird,

Don't melt the butter. Just put (A) into a mixer bowl, let it mix for awhile then add in (B) to mix till it resembles crumbs. Then add in (C) - liquid ingredients to mix till it forms into a dough.
