Hi Lucy ( I couldn't call you 'Aunty Lucy' , my 2nd son is complaining that I am also married, why keep calling you 'Aunty' ), How do you do the 'leaves' on the Tangerine Cookies? and can share the recipe for mock watermelon crisps?

For the leaves, just roll the dough and criss-cross.
The recipes (bothe the honeytop and watermelon) are in the Y3K book called "New year Cookies". If you can't get the book, let me know and I'll post it for you.
