Wow Lucy!
I saw the recipe for these cookies in Sunday Lifestyle.. is it the same recipe? Yours look yummy.. my DS#2 is a big fan of laksa (and so am i)
You are just so fast. I have not even finished reading my Sunday papers and your finished cookies are already up and probably in someone's stomach :) LOL
Bake at low heat - 150C and it will be crispy and delicious. You can try a little to test it out but rest assured you will not regret it. Fry the laksa paste first...a lot there. You can use the balance paste to cook laksa at home. LOL
Thanks for the tips. You are really tempting me to try baking the cookies now... Heez.
Oh by the way, I tried making your banana cake over the weekends. I reduced the sugar amount and replaced the coconut milk with evaporated milk. It was good!!! Really good. Thanks for sharing the recipe. Definitely a keeper!

I saw in Sunday Times too. Was actually quite intrigued by the idea of having an Asian spice kinda cookie.
Just curious... how does it taste like? Is it good?

Yaha,

I like this spicy cookie! But I was just thinking if I could add more salt and sugar in the recipe, since I like more of a sweet and savoury taste.
Aunty Yochana, will this change the texture of the cookie?
