May I know which cream cheese did you use....philadelphia or kraft cheese spread?

I tried this recipe, it turned out really can I achieve a stronger cheese taste ?
Thanks again for sharing this recipe..

Hi Serene,

To achieve a stroner cheese taste, add in 50 gm. of grated Cheddar cheese into the dough and it will be very delicious with the slight salty taste.

Have fun.

Hey aunty

I tried this cookies. But the dough was too soft to be cut out from the cookie cutter.

What do you think i have done wrong?

yochana said...

hi qiyuan,

if it's too soft, chill it first and it will harden up and then you work on it. Should be no problem.

qiyuan said...

Thank you so much i will try it again!

Hi ugly ducking

Too much cream cheese will not be good for the cookies...they will not be crispy.

hi aunty,

just to check with you for this cheese cookie .. the cookie will turn out soft or crispy?
thank you

Aunty Yochana said...

hi elis,

the cookie has cream cheese in it, so it will not stay very crispy for a long time.

Dear Aunty Yochana,

with this recipe, you've mentioned that some strawberry emulco is needed. may i ask what is this, and is there a substitute to it?

i'm from australia, and is fairly new to baking so pardon my silly question =(

Aunty Yochana said...

hi newbie,

strawberry emulco is like an extract or essence.
