Beetroot and Water Chestnut Jelly

I used the silicone moulds that I bought from "Pantry Magic" for these jellies and it's simply beautiful... These beetroot's colour is original, comes from the beetroot and no colouring is added.

    I remembered when my aunty was on diet, she was advised by doctor to eat beetroot and it was yucky!!Actually how does beetroot taste?

    So is the beetroot jelly sweet?

    the beetroot is not yucky. After boiling with water, waterchestnut and sugar cane, it taste wonderful.
