Beetroot and Water Chestnut Jelly
I used the silicone moulds that I bought from "Pantry Magic" for these jellies and it's simply beautiful... These beetroot's colour is original, comes from the beetroot and no colouring is added.

ReplyDeletethe beetroot is not yucky. After boiling with water, waterchestnut and sugar cane, it taste wonderful.
