Hi Aunty Yochana,
I just came across this blog today and I'm really amazed by all your recipes! :)
Did you come up with all these recipes from scratch?
Also, I noticed from this recipe that you use 3 different flour types. Is there a reason for it? And what's the purpose of each flour type?
Hi anonymous.
Ya, it's to make the cookies crispy.
