First you have to make the sago part (red) first by pouring into the mould which you are using. Let it set and then take it out. Then cook the white portion, pour some white portion in the same mould, semi-set then put in the red part and then pour the balance white part into the mould.

Hi tricia lee-chin, there is no special mould for this agar agar. Just use any ring pan will do.
