Love this CNY cookie but the store bought ones are not fragrant enough. I made some kueh koya according to your posted receipe and it turned out successful. Thanks a lot.

I have recipes for kueh bangkit. There is a kueh bangkit recipe in the book "New year Cookies" Y3K which is sold in Popular Book Store. Perhaps you would like to try that recipe first. It's quite a good recipe though.

use jelly powder. I think in Manila you have 'Alsa' gulaman...something like that.
