Lemon Drop Philidelphia Strawberry Swirl cheesecake Orange Marzipan Cake Raspberry Chocolate French Macaroons Lawrence Tart - Bacon, Ham and Onion tart
hi yochana...just a little tag here to say that they are actually spelled macaron, not macaroon....macaroons are different cookies altogether....cheers and keep up the gd work
For Lemon Drop, go to my link: Fellow Cake lovers and click onto: tunasushi. This recipe is from her blog. It's delicious...try it and it's so simple. Thanks amrita!! Love your christmas songs too.
Your macaroons looks delicious and it was my favourite. When I crave for it, I would go to the bakery at Marriot Hotel to buy it. But it is very expensive, $1.50 +++ per piece. I understand that it is quite difficult to bake the macaroons. It is true. Can you share your recipe and techniques?
Can I go over to your place to see how you bake the next time you are making macaroons?

Hi Jennifer,
ReplyDeleteThese macaroons doesn't need special technique.
Just pipe and let it rest for 30 mins. on the tray before baking.
I will try to post the recipe.
