Aunty, can you kindly asnswer me a question ? I used paper cups in muffin moulds to make butter cake the other day. May I know why does the paper cups opens "automatically" after being left some time to cool ? Is it bcoz it's too oily? But I followed exactly the ingredients.. Help!!

Hi anonymous,

Your paper cups leave the side and drop off because it's oily like what you said cos butter cake has a high content of oil while muffins has lower content of oil.
