Aunty Yochana, thanks for receipe. Greatly appreciate... one question is that when I try to do the swirl, I can't get the horizontal swirl as shown in the pics. How do you do the swirl? Thanks.

Hi LS,

I just top up my batter on top of one another. I don't swirl very much with a chopstick, just lightly swirl only otherwise when it's all mixed, you don't get the nice swirl.

Keep trying and I'm sure you'll catch it.

Hi aunty,

may I know the butter for the base must it be soften? Or shall mix with walnut and make it like crumble?

I believe I can also do w/o the base right? Bye, from the pix, I can't see the walnut.
