  1. Aunty Yochana, really love your bakes. Enjoy visiting your blog each time.
May I know what are those green and red "objects" at the base of the agar candle? Are those preserved fruits or coloured agar agar balls?

  2. Hi LS,

Thank you for browsing my blog. Those green and red objects at the base of teh agar candle are maraschino cherries (wet in the bottle).

  23. Hi Aunty Yochana,

Your truffle cheesecake looks absolutely decadent & rich. Would like to try making it for Cristmas. Can you please share the recipe?

Btw, how did you make the Agar- Agar Christmas tree? That would make an interesting table piece.

Thanks so much. Love looking at your bakes daily.

    Regards,
    Shirley

  24. Hi shirley,

will try my best to fullfill everyone's recipe request.

For the christmas tree agar agar, you have to buy Star shaped cutters - wilton brand. They come in a set and I think Phoon Huat is selling them.

Cut your agar agar with the cutter and then stack them up into a christmas tree. Of course you have to place the pointed ends off each other to look like a christmas tree.
