Lucy, beautiful bakes as usual. How did you get the nice pattern on your red bean jelly-(top pic)???

Hi Putupiring,

It's a special jelly mould which is all semi circle shape and it ranges from big to small and you just pour in the agar agar to let it set.

Height of the mould is about 6 inches.

Hi Putupiring,

You're more lucky than us...in Singapore..all our moulds are so expensive. Over your side, it's much much cheaper.

Hi Kelli,

I'm so glad that you are coping well and I'm happy to occupy your time by making you come to browse at my blog.

The agar agar mould was bought long time ago. I really can't remember where I got it but I faintly remembered that it's from Judy Koh of Creative Culinaire.

The beancurd mousse cake sounds like a healthy recipe. Can you share that recipe? O yes, I've seen your swiss roll recipes. Where can I get mousse powder?

Aunty Yochana said...

Wendy,

You can get mousse powder either from Sun Lik or Phoon Huat.

One of our dear friend from Canada sent us this stablilizer for whipping cream called "Whip it" by Dr.Oetker.
