Cottage House Christmas Log Cake

Everything in this cottage house christmas log cake is edible including the christmas tree..opps..santa claus is inedible.

    No it's not a cupcake...it will be too big. I used cake crumbs and added in some butter cream and moulded it into a cone shape, then pipe the leaves on it.

  4. Wow...Lucy...this is incredible...my ds J says. He doesn't believe that you can make such a beautiful log cake and cabin. He kept insisting that you bought it from Bangawan Solo....hehehe. I've never seen such bakes at Bangawan leh ...:-)

  12. Hi Cuen,

    You can use any swiss roll recipe and make a swiss roll.

    Cut two pieces out and then put one on top and one on the side and then you cream with fresh cream and decorate.

    You can decorate as desired.
