Hi,

I'm really impressed with your recipes. They are all nice and look so tempting. Anyways, just wondering if you have the recipe for the Milo Agar-Agar Mooncake? Do you mind posting it up or you can send it to me.

Thank you.

Hi dagger,

the milo agar agar is really delicious.

The recipe comes from the blog "Precious Moments". Just click onto it under my blog friends and you can get the recipe. I modified the recipe into mooncakes.

Hi Yochana,

I am impressed with how you modified the agar agar into mooncake!! I would like to try it too. How do you make the ball shape agar agar for your milo agar agar mooncake?

Thanks,
Sylvia

Hi Sylvia,

I used round ice cube mould to do it. I poured the agar into one tray and then close it up with the cover and let it set. It comes with 2 pieces - one top and one bottom.

Thanks, Yochana, but wouldn't it be half ball if just pour the agar on one side of the tray? or pour it on both side and quickly cover them together? I have been trying to figure out how to make ball shape agar agar after seeing your mooncake agar.. I wanted to surprise my husband since he love mooncake and agar agar =)

Thanks,
Sylvia

Hi sylvia,

I will try to post it the next time I make the mooncakes again. It's not pouring half here and half there. You only need to pour the agar agar in one of them till the brim, then cover the top with the other side and push it down. The side of the ice cube mould has a side coming up.

I will try to post it when I'm free.
