Hello, I wanted to come by and say that you have a wonderful blog. The food here looks delightful! You have a great recipe collection. I like that it includes Asian ones and is in the metric system! (I'm new to baking and haven't figured out how to convert international recipes that I find, haha.)

HI Lucy,
Would like to comfirm with you the cake tray is it 9 or 10 inch, cause the agar agar mould you used is 9 inch.

For the sponge cake,I used 10" round but for the agar agar part, I used 9" because normally the sponge cake will shrink a bit.
