  1. Hi Yochana

I like all your bakes. All your 'products' look so professional. Do you mind to share the recipe for greenbean cookies (kueh koya) and the chocolate mooncake that you have posted in KC and Jo's blog.
    Thanks

I've made this and it's very nice. Thanks for the recipe. And I've also tried making the vegetarian seaweed cookie. Also another nice cookie.

  8. hi,
Just curious, why use shortening if butter could be used 100%.

Is it for flavour or texture? Thanks.

  9. Dear aunty,
Can I mix the sesame seeds into the flour or is it better to pour into the mixer separately? Thanks.

  10. Hi Yochana,

I'm wondering about the amount of the icing sugar stated in the recipe posted. Is that a typing error? 180g og icing sugar??? Mine doesn't come into a dough. The mixture is very dry and not stick togetehr at all.

What is happened? I have no idea. =(
