Hi Olivia,

We cooked the White Bean paste ourself. never buy...my mum did it and if she can do everyone can do it too...very easy.

White Beans in Mandarin - Bai mei Dou.

just want to ask the mooncake paste like (yam paste, bean paste,etc) can cook in advance and keep in fridge?

you can keep the bean paste in the fridge but not too long cos it will turn mouldy...

Better to make only when you need it.
