Hi, I'm interested to try this. May I know when do u add the 110ml water in (B)? Do I have to put yeast in water first? Thanks.
Hi jen,
either way is acceptable for this pizza.

Hi Yochana,
I made pizza this evening, but somehow the crust has quite a strong 'yeast' smell, how can I reduce it? As I couldn't find any oregano, hence I went ahead the recipe without it, could this be the reason of having the 'yeast'smell? Thanks.
Hi Leen,
It's only 1 tsp. yeast so the smell shouldn't be that strong. You can cut down to 3/4 tsp. then.

Hi Yochana,

Hi aunty,
May I know what could have caused the base and sides harder than the center portion? I use all purpose flour as I do not have plain flour. Thank you!
Hi leen,
Normally centre will be a bit more wet than the sides because of your fillings and furthermore your sides are exposed to more heat causing it to be more crispy.

Hi Aunty,
Can I just skip the oregano in this recipe?
Thanks and regards

I'm a malay muslim.i realy2 wanted to try making my own pizza crust but since we cant use yeast(because of the alcohol), do you have any suggestion of any substitute instead of using yeast?? pls help me...thank you..
Hi Aini,
Yeast contain alcohol?
Mm...something new to me.
My muslim students never tell me about it although I taught them bread. I think they have got the halal yeast. I will ask them and get back to you.
