I know u won't be answering comments since blogger changed the format, but I do wish to know whether u used cake strips to bake, as recommended by Rose L. Berembaum. I know u have her books :)
I have tried to bake semolina akak sugee cake before but it turns out too dry we cannot hold it in hand , i bake it using up and down heat with t emperature of 180 degree celcius for 60 minutes. the taste is gud but the texture is too dry? any idea aunty?
