Hi Yochana,
So nice texture buns. What tray did you used, is it muffin tray? or individual mould? I tried your sugar butter buns, was ok but turned hard the next day. Where did I went wrong? Btw, when we roll the dough, flour table & hand or use oil, what's the different? Thanks
I face the same problem as anonymous, my buns always turn out nice and fluffy when they just come out of the oven but the next day, they turn hard. Still edible but far from being very soft and fluffy.
I use a machine to knead my dough so i wouldn't mind kneading it for longer. But is there such a problem of "over-kneading" the dough?

Looks absolutely delicious! I love the pandan color that it came out.
Hi anonymous
I used a muffin tray to bake it.
It could be your kneading problem. If you don't knead enough it will not be so fluffy and soft.
