Hi Aunty,

I am really very curious. What type of tin did you use to lift out the cake so perfect? when I make cheesecake i got to cut the cake out from the tin I use as I could not lift the cake out of the tin so never can I make a birthday cake for my love one.

Could you kindly advise me.

Many thanks,
Mixue

Hi there Aunty Yochana,

Is is possible for you to share this recipe? :) Or it's a secret recipe that cannot be shared? If it is so, I'd understand.

Hope to hear from you soon! :)

Thanks!

Hi, may I know where you get the plastic thing to wrap around the cakes?

I always wondered... Everytime I go to a japanese cafe they wrap their cakes like that. How do they do that? and where do you get those wraps?
