Aunty Yochana,
have you seen a bigger cupcakes baking tray being sold in Singapore ? The size which can fit into a Panasonic convection/microwave oven.

With cupcakes currently "in season" , I will like to make buttermilk cupcakes(your recipe!) for an orphanage. Currently, I have 8 holes cupcake tray, which will take me too long to make sufficent for the orphanage children.
