Wow, Lucy,your manual dexterity is fantastic! It's every child's dream to have such lovely cakes for a birthday. How I wish I'm a child again so mom can order these lovely creation from auntie Lucy, ha ha ha.
How you make them stay in one without them going all wet in out hot weather? You said you use sugar paste, do you make it yourself or do you buy it? I had no problems using fondant or gum paste to make figurines in the USA but in Singapore, it just goes all wet and soft. Would appreciate you wisdom.

Just melt down your butter or ghee over low heat till it's clear and slightly brownish.
