    Is this cake same as "kek gula hangus"? Coz the texture looks alike....

    There is a Hong Kong Style Ma Lai Koh recipe that you posted. Can I use this recipe but there is no mention of yeast. Appreciate your advice as I am very keen to try it out.

    Hello Auntie you have a HK Ma Lai Kou recipe so can I use this recipe
    but that recipe has not yeast so can I use this and add the yeast and if so how much.

    Hi! Your ma-lai-gao looks superb. My mother likes this delicacy alot alot. I've been google-ing for quite some time, but the pics of their gao don't look like yours.

    If u don't mind, can u send me the recipe? I hope I can surprise my mother !! :D But if u can't it's ok. (: I respect your decision. Thanks alot!!
