Coconut Almond Pudding

    Hi Aunty Yochana,

    Your pudding looks delicious...would you mind sharing recipe...or at least tell us if the white layer is the almond jello layer and the semi-clear layer is the coconut layer...if the semi-clear layer is the coconut layer, did you just use coconut juice(instead of coconut milk)...since that is semi-clear...
