    May I know this is baked or steamed? You use melted chocalate for this cake?

    the chocolate glaze is those sticky thick consistency, so it will set.

    this cake is soooo good I took three slices during class today! I love the glazing, not too sweet but very chocolatey. Let me know if you ever teach this recipe.
