    Oh my! This cheesecake is so good! I took a bite from my son's plate & go ga-ga. Wanted to bring a slice home for my daughters who love cheesecake but was too late as it was all gone! Thanks for yr hospitality! Rgds.

    I am getting a new oven and would like to consult you with regards to which type is the best for making cakes and cookies?

    I understand that there are the ones with fan and without. Does that make a difference?

    Hi Vivian,

    Firstly, I would like to thank you for the lovely hazelnut chocolates..my hubby finds it very delicious too. Hahaha...not enough for aunty to eat lah...

    If you live next door to me, you might want to shift away too cos too much goodies and you have to spend money in the slimming salon.

    Jokes aside, buy Ariston. I have been using it for more than 30 years. I normally don't use fan mode for all my bakes although some chefs likes the fan mode. I think most ovens comes with a fan mode now. You go to mayer marketing and browse through their ovens and choose wisely cos they will be sitting in your house for at least 5 - 6 years.
