  3. aunty, how do you get your feet to be so perfect? i see everyone practicing and practicing and then mastering macarons but i still can't do it. how do i know when to stop beating the egg whites? i think i beat it until it gets too stiff. please help!!

    I'm in awe.
    I've made macarons twice. The first time they came out nice but the tops were uneven. The second time.. well lets not talk about those... :/
