    i have a question for you..

    i have a recipe for muffins that requires sour cream but i only have light sour cream.. can i use that to substitute? do i need to add anything to it to make it similar?

    just to check with you for the icing sugar use in the macaroon is it the pure one or the one with starch? and if i buy the grounded almonds from phoon huat do i have to blend it again or it is ok?

    Make sure your icing sugar is 100% pure.

  19. Hello Lucy! Thanks for everything! These macarons were gone in less than half an hour! Almost all were eaten by my 3 kids. I manage to eat 1 which I shared with my hubby. I wanted to eat another piece but to my surprise the box was empty! Sigh! Rgds.
