  5. Aunty,
I love this steamed cake, please share the recipe. All your bakes & steamed cake rised so nicely & soft but mine the bottom are always wet, bake or steamed also the same & do not know why? I think I saw a comment posted yesterday by somebody also facing the same problem. If you know, please advice. Thanks.

  7. Hi Delphine,

baked shouldn't have wet surface but steamed normally has a wet surface but it will dry off after a well. You can cover it with aluminium foil when steaming.

Thanks alot for your prompt reply, but aunty what I meant was the bottom of the steamed or baked cupcakes or muffins are alway wet or oily. Thanks.

  9. Hi Delphine,

I think it's your mixing. Wrong technique.
