    I LOVE this pastry! I'm not sure but is this the same thing as 'palmiers'? I always go to bakeries to get this but now it seems to disappear!

    it taste almost the same. I think the bakeries don't do this anymore because they cannot sustain their crispiness.

    yes it's almost like palmiers. I used to buy it from Renaldo last time.
