Exta Large Eggs

Wow...this is the first time I had a 3 egg yolks egg. The egg weighs about 100- 105 gm. per egg. It was a surprise to me when I knocked the egg and got 3 egg yolks for the first in my life.

Wow! Strike 4-D also not so choon. This could be one in a thousand eggs. Just wondering if any mom with triplets viewing your blog now, just like I did when you posted your double-yolk eggs some months back. :)

100 - 105gr/egg is very big wor!
never see triple yolk in one egg.
i saw it to my little girl, she was shock! keep asking me how come? hahaha!

jenny twin is rite, Strike 4-D also not so choon.

I've saw the double yolk eggs selling in Malaysia pasar malam..heard that the egg has been thru 'special treatment' to get the double yolk but this is the first time heard of triple yolk egg...=)

the first time i cracked an egg and found 2 yolks...i freaked out! subsequently i realised it's quite common in the bigger eggs. but a triple-yolk egg...hmm, that must have been one-hell of a big egg - tania

Hi Yochana, I was surfing the net on recipe for durian mousse cake and found your web. It was really very interesting and I'm impressed with your baking skills, salute you on your passion despite working. It's amazing!!! I've seen the egg membrane one and would like to share that I've got one egg (about 1 week) ago, similar to yours + some sort of red stuff linked to a aka almost developed fellow (chick??). I was terried and throw the entire egg away. Anyway, happy baking and I look forward to more postings ^_^

Yes the weight is definitely different. Bigger eggs has higher weight.
