    but the slice is not straight and smooth like yours, it looks edgy do you need special knife to slice the cake?? thanks!

    Was wondering, who eats all these food? I like baking too, but my friends all are scared cause I keep giving them food, and they are scared of gaining weight. Do you own a shop one aunty?

    I don't own a shop..just a homebaker.

    Ya!! I have the same problem as you. Our friends are so scared of our bakes liao...

    (1) gaining weight
    (2) no place in the fridge

    Nevermind the size lah, if you have 27 ppl, just cut smaller will do cos it all depends how much they can eat. Small sizes gets more pieces.

    Your chocolate cake looks so moist! May I know if you baked this in a cake ring and cut them into mini size?
    I always wanted to bake mini cakes. But I do not have any cake rings or springform pan, is it still possible to make any cakes with sides so neat without using rings or springform? Please advise. Thanks :)

    I made big square cake and then cream it, chill it then slice into mini sizes.
