Ya, i wish to tell u that i have been trying your recipe to do my hotdog bun....
emmm.. not bad, quite soft... but flour per bun too much was it raise....
actually, how to made it balance per hotdog...

ReplyDeleteActually it all depends on the size of your hot-dogs so answering this question is very subjective.
For a normal 5" hot-dog, try using about 45 to 50 gm. of dough or even to 40 gm. if you don't like too much bread on it.
