    Hi Aunty,

    Can you teach me how to colour white chocolate? Can you recommend a brand ( from Phoon Huat ) that is suitable to use. I heard that we need to use oil-based colour, right?

    Hi Kium.

    You buy white mohrengland chocolate,melt it in the microwave then drop a little colouring of your choice and stir it well.

    For this strawberry donut, I bought the original Strawberry chocolate. I don't need to add any colouring.

    You know when I take a recipe from the book, I also plus and minus depending on my eggs and flour and that is why I dare not post the recipe unless the recipe is well proved.
