    Such a bright shade of green.Sure tastes as good as it looks.Aunty,you recently posted the delish looking American Chocolate cake.Is the cake made using cocoa powder?Could you publish the recipe or at least the cake recipe,please?Or alternately give the recipe source?I am looking for a good cocoa powder chocolate cake recipe,if you have any,could you blog it please?Lastly what brand of cocoa powder do you use or would recommend for a good chocolatey taste and flavour?
    Sorry for asking so many questions and thanking you for answering them.I love your blog.

    So interesing! Never seen nor tried anything like this before! How I wish I am yr neighbours! Just to check with u, can u show me what type of mould did u use? won't the crust stick to the mould etc? Never tried baking tarts before... Yummy queen

    It's a boat shape tart mould. Sun Lik sells this. Ask Mrs Wong and she will let you know.
