  1. Hi Aunty,

I am so ignorant. I don't know Chi Ku can be eaten. I thought people just grow it during Chinese New Year. How does it taste like? Is it nice?

  3. Hi Serendipity,

I used a slicer to slice it, then deep fry it and sprinkle some salt over it.

  4. HI Liying,

Chi ku is nice to eat. You can eaten slice it and then cook with other vegetable. I normally fry it with carrots, mushrooms and some meat.

  6. Hi Aunty Yo,

Do you just slice the FRESH chi ku and fry? Must we sun-dry the chi ku slices first?
