Hi aunty! Your brownies look super dark and moist. Mine usually turn out well too. I've found the biggest secret to making brownies is haphazardly hand mixing them. And using the best choc you can afford of course. sigh aunty, alas im a poor student ;) always want to try valrhona and sharffenberger but always broke at the time.

ReplyDeleteyes I understand. Sometimes I also feel the pain when using Varlhorna. Anyway, for a start use something cheaper like "Carma".
Brownies are always lovely and easy to bake.
