  3. Hi Yoo Lee,

I used egg yolk to glaze it. If the egg yolk is too thick, add in one or two teaspoon of water or egg white into it.

  7. Hi Yochana
I have not left my comments for a while, but my, these peaches are simply wonderfully divine! You really have a pair of talented hands. Did you shape each by hand or was there a mould? Pls share your secret, thank you very much:-)

  10. Hi Tricia,

I added some green colouring to some dough and roll it between my index finger and my palm and then stick onto the peach.

  11. Hi Titiana,

are you the one who made the chocolate cake - Pierre Hermes's.

Yes I used my hands to mould these cookies. Very easy...just mould it into an oval shape.

  12. I mould corn pattern by hand my self, it's really tiring, moulding it into oval shape 1st then using the back of the knife to make the pattern, also gave 2 leaves, very tiring but satisfied with the result!

  15. Hi Yochana

Yes, that's me -- Pierre Herme's Suzy Cake. That wonderfully chocolatey smooth cake. Now that you mentioned it, I must make it again soon, after all the CNY bakes. Wow, I'm flattered that you actually remember me out of the thousands of people that leave comments on your blog everyday.

Anyway, here's wishing you and your family a happy, prosperous and sweet Lunar New Year for the year of the Rat!

Keep up the bakes, as I've said before, you are my constant source of inspiration that good looking and good tasting bakes can be done.

    Tatiana

PS -- Have u tried Pierre Herme's lemon curd? The one in Dorie Greenspan's book? It is wonderful.
