Chocolate Creme Brulee

I have yearned to make this chocolate creme brulee eversince my sister called me from Bangkok telling how wonderful it was. She ate it in one of the restaurants which my nephew brought her. And here's the chocolate creme brulee...so smooth like velvet and the taste is absolutely wonderful with the Varlhorna Chocolate.

  5. Hi anonymous.

it wasn't underbaked. But we couldn't wait for it to be properly chilled cos we wanted to try it ...but the rest is set now in the fridge. with chocolate base, it becomes watery when it's still warm and when it's cold, it's really set.

  12. Hi Aunty Lucy...this Valrhona creme brulee looks so tempting!!
    Yum yum...
Have my share or not? =)

anonymous, creme brulee is a baked cream custard so not really possible to have it egg free...as it is the eggs which aid in the setting.
