    Hi Lucy,

    I love chocolate walnut cake. This cake looks so moist and soft. It look exactly the same as the one I used to order from a lady staying in Serangoon Garden. She had since stop baking due to poor health. Hope you will share with us the recipe.

    Guess this is a butter cake ? If so, I will use the butter cake recipe and just add some chocolate rice and some chopped walnuts to it ? Will any other proportions of either choco rice/walnuts affect the texture of this cake ?

    Eager to try out, your advice please ?

    May I know if this is a butter cake ?

    If so, what proportion of chocolate rice/walnuts to be added in order not to affect the cake texture. Please advise- Thanks !

    Is it possible to share the recipe? My mum has been looking around for this cake every since the 3 ladies in Serangoon Garden stopped baking. Please do share it. She says your's looks very alike.. It would be good if I am able to bake this for her birthday.. Thanks =)
